We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of managing IT projects for utilities clients. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Agile transformation, AWS and AWS-native applications, and mobile workforce management solutions. Exposure to AI-driven projects is highly desirable. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams, ensure timely delivery, and align project outcomes with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Drive Agile transformation initiatives, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and iterative delivery.
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of AWS-based applications, leveraging cloud-native services to meet business needs.
- Manage mobile workforce management projects, focusing on field operations, resource optimization, and seamless integrations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and risk management strategies.
- Monitor project performance, track milestones, and provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Foster strong collaboration across cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and vendor partners.
